Ulrika Vallance will never sell or pass on your information. We believe what's yours is yours, and it's not for sale. Your information is protected and will not be forwarded on to any third parties.

Site Security

This site uses a Secure Socket Layered (SSL) certificate to insure that your credit card and personal information stays private.

Payment Privacy

Payments are accepted through Paypal (where you can pay with your Paypal balance or with a valid credit card). Ulrika Vallance doesn't store or even see your credit card information, so there's no risk associated in purchasing with a credit card on our site.



Delivery Methods

We ship globally using a trackable postal system. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to natural disasters, strikes or events outside of our control.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom: Within 7 days

Europe: 10 - 14 days

Rest of the world: 14 - 21 days


We do our best to keep the Ulrika Vallance inventory up to date, but from time to time we do run out of a certain product line. If there is an item that you would like that is not listed on the webshop please contact us at info@ulrikavallance.com to see if we have the item in stock.


Returns & Replacements

Refund/Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to return your piece or exchange it then please return to us within 14 days of original purchase following the instructions below.

Please Note;
- All items returned must be unworn and undamaged with the tag still in place.
- Ulrika Vallance is unable to refund any postage and packaging charges.

To arrange a return please email info@ulrikavallance.com stating your name, address, reason for return and if you would like a refund or exchange.

We will issue with return number. Please do not return items without this number as we cannot accept returns without this.
We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service such as FedEx or recorded postage service. We do not accept any claims for pieces lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped (you will be notified via email when your order has shipped), you can let us know by emailing info@ulrikavallance.com and we will refund your payment and cancel your order.


Product Care

Product Care

The Ulrika Vallance garments can be washed in water on a gentle cycle. Please only wash with similar colours. For best result press with a warm iron while still damp.
